Criteria Professional Services for Various CRA Projects The
Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is requesting letters
of interest from qualified architectural or engineering firms or
individuals, desirous of providing Design Criteria Professional services
to the agency.
The CRA
intends to issue a single contract to an architectural firm or
engineering firm or individual to provide continuing professional design
criteria services to the CRA for various projects in the Northwest CRA.
Submittals shall be received in the Office of the CRA, located at 100 W.
Atlantic Blvd. room 220, Pompano Beach, Florida, 33060, until 3:00
p.m. (local), August 3, 2009. Submittals may be mailed or,

H‑44‑09 Mitchell Moore Park
Improvements Phase II The project consists of furnishing all labor,
equipment, tools, and materials for the installation of a new playground
structure and rubberized surface with a shade canopy, new fencing,
resurfacing the tennis and racquetball courts, new court lighting,
rehabilitating two parking lots to include drainage, installation of a
lightning prediction system, relocation of existing bleachers to
facilitate a new press box, minimal landscaping and irrigation. The
project location is Mitchell Moore Park in Pompano Beach.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will
be held on July 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (local) at the Purchasing office,
1190 N.E. 3rd Avenue, Building C, Pompano Beach, Florida,
33060. Failure to attend will result in bid rejection. Sealed bids
for the above will be received in the Purchasing Office at 1190 N.E. 3rd

(local), July 30, 2009. This project has been assigned a
15% voluntary Small Business Enterprise goal. SBE Forms are located in

participation or non-participation in order to be considered for bid
evaluation purposes.
