Exchange Club Park 2800 NE 24 Street -This park offers a tots
playground, volleyball court and spacious picnic area. A peaceful 7.7 acres on the
Intracoastal waterway is the setting for this park with a picnic area, playground and
walking trail.
Founders Park
215 Northeast 4 Avenue -
This 1.6 acre park is the home
of Pompano Historical Society and features two of the "Kester Cottages".
Also located in this park is the first Pompano Beach Firehouse. Renovated and
dedicated as the Miriam & Dick Hood Historical Society Museum, its hosts the City's
first fire truck, a 1926 American LaFrance and its second, a 1948 American
LaFrance.

Harbors Edge Park Northeast
12 Street & Northeast 26 Avenue -A beautiful park nestled in a
cozy community offering a playground and par course in addition to an open picnic area.
There are no cooking facilities.
Kester Park Northeast
9 Avenue & Northeast 4 Street - Kester's 8.4 acres feature
baseball fields and a football/soccer field with concession stand, picnic pavilion
area/playground, restrooms and sand volleyball courts. Reservations for pavilion use
is suggested but not required.
Mitchell / Moore Park 901 Northwest 10 Street - Mitchell/Moore Park is located
adjacent to Ely High School. This 16.1 acre park offers five lighted basketball
courts, football/soccer fields, picnic pavilion and pool, for lighted tennis courts,
handball/racquetball and volleyball courts.

Broward Park 4400 NE 18 Avenue

Hours of Operation: Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Sunday, 9 a.m. - 6
p.m. 20.4 acre park. Facilities: baseball, basketball, building rental
(200 capacity), dock/lake, football, picnicking, playground, soccer,
softball,
volleyball court.

Ronald E McNair Park 951 Northwest 27 Avenue - Although small in size, this
park is one of the most utilized in Pompano Beach. Its 6.4 acres offers two lighted
basketball courts, lighted baseball/softball fields and football/soccer fields, picnic and
program areas.

Pompano Community Park
820 Northeast 18 Avenue - This is the City's largest
park, with 43.5 acres of picnic and playground areas, two basketball courts, baseball and
softball fields, picnic shelters, barbecue grills, children's playground equipment, the
City's Aquatic Center, Amphitheater, Tennis Center, Municipal
Baseball Stadium, volleyball courts, a 4.2 mile bike path, exercise course and a 1.25 mile
walking/jogging trail.
